Inmate Ramirez-Garcia was a minimum custody inmate assigned to the Casa Grande Transitional Housing center in Las Vegas, Nevada. On Oct. 02, 2018, Ramirez-Garcia left for his community based job failing to return back to the NDOC facility resulting in being classified as an escaped inmate. Ramirez-Garcia was serving sentences for trafficking a controlled substance and carrying a concealed weapon. Ramirez-Garcia is wanted back to finish his initial sentence and also face additional charges for escape from an NDOC prison or facility.
